The purpose of personal data collection is the presentation, sale of products and services belonging to SC Insta Electric SA (with all related activities such as processing a possible order, delivery, payment, billing, etc.), customer service and marketing activities for their own needs.
The legal grounds for processing these data are:
• execution of the contract and preliminary steps for this contract (Article 6 (1) b GDPR) – for the data collected through the order form or the data received as a result of the customer service;
• legal obligations (Article 6 (1) c GDPR) for billing data;
• consent (GDPR art 6 (1)) for marketing data for site visitors (e.g., subscription to newsletters, marketing cookies, etc.);
Insta Electric SA collects personal data from its users in three ways:
• directly from the user
• Traffic data from the user’s browser
• through cookies.
1. Personal data collected directly.
When you visit www.insta-electric.ro or when you create an account or place an information request, we may ask for your name, surname and / or email address, as well as other contact, delivery or billing information. These data are kept for a period of 3 years after termination of the contract (this is the period of general limitation). The invoice data is kept for 10 years (it is a legal tax obligation). If you do not give us this data, we will be unable to honor your order or respond to your problems and requests.
